What is free, and what needs Pro?

Free includes one project saved on this device, CSV import, photo matching, all six layouts, branding and watermarked A4 or US Letter previews. You can keep editing for free. Downloading your own catalog as a clean PDF requires an active Pro subscription.

Both Pro plans include the same features: multiple projects, private cloud backups, customer discounts and fixed quotes, reviewed CSV updates and batch PDF exports. Annual billing costs $99 upfront for 12 months; monthly billing costs $9.90 each month. All prices are in USD.

How do renewal and cancellation work?

Your subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual price until you cancel. Manage or cancel it from Billing, which opens PayPal’s automatic payments settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Refunds or reversed payments may end access earlier.

What happens to my files when Pro ends?

PDFs already downloaded stay yours. Local projects stay in your browser, and existing cloud copies can still be opened or downloaded as project backups. A current Pro plan is required to save new cloud backups, replace existing cloud copies, download new PDFs or use customer pricing and bulk updates. Expiry does not automatically delete cloud copies. You can remove them in your account, or contact support to request removal of stored files after deleting an account.

Local copies belong to the browser and device you used. Clearing site data removes them. Keep a portable project backup of work you want to retain.

Can I check the output before subscribing?

Yes. Download our finished sample PDFs with fictional products, or edit and preview your own catalog for free. Sample PDFs are fixed examples, not a free export of your products.
