Keep your product data when you change the layout
Every template uses the same products, photos and price versions. Switch layouts in the editor without re-entering the catalog. Add a logo, brand color, contact details and trading terms, then choose A4 or US Letter and review the page breaks.
For a first buying meeting, try image cards or a lookbook. For repeat ordering, try the compact list. When packaging affects the order value, use case-pack pricing. The product details layout gives specifications more space, while the order worksheet leaves blank columns for handwritten quantities and totals.
How much product information will fit?
Page count depends on the template, paper size and length of your product details. Long descriptions and custom fields can use more space. Preview your own range before choosing; the examples above show the actual first-page renderer with illustrative products, not a promise of a fixed number of products per page.
The worksheet is intended for printing with a Pro PDF export. It does not collect online orders. Free previews have a watermark and do not include a downloadable PDF.
