How LineSheetFlow handles account, product and payment information
Who to contact
This policy describes LineSheetFlow at linesheetflow.com. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact the operator at zydx520@gmail.com.
Information we use
- Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, name, email address, verification status and profile image. We use basic sign-in permissions. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts. Authentication credentials and session records are stored on the server to support secure sign-in.
- Catalog content: product data, uploaded photographs, branding, customer names and prices, and trading terms that you enter. Editing saves a working copy in your browser. When you save a cloud copy, the project and its images are stored in our Cloudflare storage. Catalog content is also processed on the server when you request a PDF export.
- Subscriptions: your selected plan, PayPal subscription and transaction references, payer identifier, payment status and billing dates. PayPal processes your payment credentials; we do not receive or store full payment-card details.
- Service and support records: session information, security and error logs, and information you send when requesting support. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and request metadata when delivering and protecting the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, save and export your catalogs, confirm subscription access, prevent unauthorized use, resolve billing problems and respond to support requests. We do not sell your catalog content or customer price lists. We do not use your uploaded product data to train AI models.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application and stores cloud data. Google provides sign-in. PayPal processes subscriptions and sends payment status notifications. These providers process information under their own policies and may operate in countries outside your country of residence. See Google's privacy policy, PayPal's privacy statement, and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Browser storage and cookies
Browser storage keeps your working projects and interface preferences. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Clearing your browser's site data can remove local-only projects. Signing out does not remove those local projects, so take care on shared devices. Cloud copies require a signed-in account and are separate from the working copies on a device.
Access, retention and deletion
You can edit or delete local projects in the workspace and remove saved cloud copies through your account. Keep a backup before deleting important work. Account deletion removes the account record; contact us to request removal of any remaining stored project files or support records. Some billing, security or backup records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup or third-party payment system.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal information, or to complain to a privacy authority. Send requests to the contact address above; we may need to verify account ownership. This service is intended for business users and is not directed at children.
