Using LineSheetFlow

LineSheetFlow at linesheetflow.com helps businesses prepare wholesale catalogs and customer quotes. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. Contact the operator at zydx520@gmail.com.

Your products and catalogs

You retain ownership of the product data, photographs, logos and catalogs you provide. You grant us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You must have permission to use the content you upload. Review prices, currencies, quantities, tax statements and trading terms before sharing a catalog. LineSheetFlow does not take orders or collect payments from your wholesale buyers.

Free previews and Pro

The current early-access release offers editing and previews only. Checkout and PDF downloads are not open. The subscription terms below describe the planned Pro offering and apply only once checkout is available and you choose to subscribe.

The free tier lets you edit and preview catalogs. Downloadable PDFs require an active paid subscription. Pro is offered at USD $9.90 per month or USD $99 per year. The selected interval and total are shown before you approve a subscription through PayPal. Any applicable taxes or currency conversion charges are disclosed by the payment provider. Your bank or PayPal may apply its own fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. There is no paid trial or setup fee. We grant access after payment is confirmed; approving a subscription alone does not confirm a successful payment. Changes to an existing subscription price will be communicated before taking effect.

Cancellation and billing questions

Use Settings → Billing → Manage subscription to open PayPal's automatic payments controls and cancel future renewals. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Ordinary cancellation keeps access through the period you have already paid for. Failed renewals or reversed payments can suspend access. A full refund of the current payment removes the access associated with that payment.

For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, technical problem or refund request, email zydx520@gmail.com with your account email and PayPal transaction reference. Requests are reviewed individually; these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Deleting your LineSheetFlow account does not cancel a PayPal billing agreement: cancel the subscription in PayPal first.

Responsible use and availability

Do not upload unlawful content, misuse another person's account, bypass paid access controls, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or failures. Keep your own copies of important product data and exported catalogs. We cannot guarantee that a catalog will generate sales or that every third-party file format will import correctly.

Updates

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply. Questions can be sent to zydx520@gmail.com.
