FOR JEWELRY BRANDS & WHOLESALE SELLERS
Jewelry line sheet template & catalog maker.
A jewelry line sheet puts each piece’s photo, SKU, material, size and wholesale price in one buying reference. Use LineSheetFlow to turn your product list into a PDF for boutiques, stockists and sales meetings. The dedicated Jewelry collection layout gives each piece a large image, grouped specifications and clear pricing.
Sample files, editing and previews are free. Exporting a PDF with your own products requires Pro.

What should a wholesale jewelry line sheet include?
Include a clear product photo, unique SKU, material and finish, dimensions, price per selling unit, minimum quantity and lead time. Add your brand contact and buying terms. Distinguish a single earring from a pair, and a pendant alone from a necklace with a chain.
Give each orderable length, ring size or finish its own SKU so a buyer can specify exactly which version to order. The fictional range below demonstrates four different pieces and their selling units. Each additional variant would have its own product entry.
| Product / SKU | Dimensions & contents | Wholesale / unit | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
Pearl drop pendantOS-PD-017 | 43 cm chain / 9 mm pearl-style drop | $37.00 / piece | 2 pieces |
Sculpted oval hoopsOS-ER-014 | 24 mm tall / two earrings per pair | $29.00 / pair | 2 pairs |
Open arc ringOS-RG-006 | US size 6 / 4 mm band | $46.00 / piece | 2 pieces |
Oval charm braceletOS-BR-190 | 19 cm length / 8 mm oval charm | $58.00 / piece | 2 pieces |
For example, two pairs of the sample hoop earrings mean four individual earrings and a $58 wholesale total. A case pack of 1 lets order quantities increase by one pair while retaining the two-pair minimum. The sample uses the Jewelry collection layout. Set prices, packaging and minimums to match your own buying terms.
FOUR PRODUCTS YOU CAN TRY
Download the jewelry spreadsheet and matching images
Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, or import it directly into LineSheetFlow. It contains the same four pieces as the sample PDF, with Material and Finish columns. The ZIP contains four original, AI-generated demonstration images named after their SKUs. These are fictional examples, not customer products or items for sale.
How do I make a jewelry catalog from photos and prices?
- Add your products. Enter them manually or import a CSV. Export an Excel or Google Sheets file as CSV first. Review SKU, name, wholesale price, MOQ and unit mappings; choose Material and Finish under additional product details.
- Match your photos. Upload JPEG or PNG files named after the SKUs, such as
OS-PD-017.png. Unzip the demonstration images before uploading the four individual PNGs. Each product uses one primary image. - Choose Jewelry collection. Start from the template gallery or switch to it in Design. The layout pairs large images with grouped materials and dimensions, usually two pieces per page; longer specifications use a single-piece page. Add your brand and terms. Turn off MSRP for a wholesale-only price list.
- Preview and export. Check every page in US Letter or A4, including lengths, units and prices. With an active Pro plan, export the PDF and send it to your buyer.

How do I make a gold chain price list for buyers?
Use one row for each sellable chain variant. State the chain style, length with its unit, width in millimeters, material or fineness as supplied by your manufacturer, and whether the price is per piece or another selling unit. Keep clasp and weight details where they help distinguish products. Use the specifications field and up to four custom attributes for details such as Material, Finish, Weight and Clasp.
For a fixed-price necklace, choose piece as the selling unit and enter the price for the complete piece. LineSheetFlow stores the prices you enter; it does not fetch live gold prices or calculate jewelry quotes from metal weight. Keep quote validity and price-confirmation instructions in your terms. The silver sample demonstrates the layout, not a gold valuation.
If you maintain revised prices in a spreadsheet, update the existing project by SKU and review the changes before applying them. Pro also supports buyer-specific discounts and fixed quotes.
Questions about jewelry line sheets
Can I create a jewelry line sheet without a spreadsheet?
Yes. Add each product and its photo in the editor, then choose a layout. CSV import is optional. Use the same SKU consistently when you later update prices or match photos.
Can I show wholesale prices without MSRP?
Yes. Suggested retail prices are optional, and you can turn their display off in Design. The downloadable jewelry sample shows wholesale prices only.
Is this a free jewelry line sheet template?
The sample PDF, CSV and demonstration image ZIP are free downloads without an account. You can edit and preview one project for free. Exporting your own PDF requires a signed-in account with an active Pro subscription.
Is the PDF an editable Canva template or an order form?
The CSV is editable in a spreadsheet; layouts are edited in LineSheetFlow. The PDF is a finished buying reference, not a Canva file or online checkout. Include your ordering email or website. The separate order worksheet layout has blank quantity columns for handwriting.
Should I send a jewelry lookbook or a line sheet?
Use a line sheet when the buyer needs SKUs, prices and ordering details. Use larger product imagery when introducing a collection. The line sheet, catalog and lookbook comparison explains which document fits each buying task.
